The duration of our tours varies depending on the specific tour you choose. Generally, our day tours are around 6-8 hours, considering potential traffic delays when picking up from our Orange County locations. Occasionally, due to heavy traffic, the tour might slightly exceed 8 hours. Evening California brewery tours are typically about 5+/- hours when departing from their designated areas. For Private Tours: We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. If you need to cancel a Private Tour, we kindly request that you do so at least one week before the scheduled tour date. Cancellations made within one week of the tour will be subject to a cancellation fee. However, if you cancel one week or more in advance, we will be happy to offer you a gift certificate for the full ticket value, or we can reschedule the tour for a later date that suits your schedule better. To initiate a cancellation or rescheduling request for a Private Tour, please contact us directly, and our operators will be available to assist you during our operating hours.

For Single Tickets: If you have booked a single ticket for one of our tours, we require cancellations to be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour departure. This policy allows us to better manage our tour capacities and accommodate other guests. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will not be eligible for a refund. However, if you cancel more than 48 hours before the tour, we can issue you a gift certificate for the ticket value, or you may opt to reschedule for an available date that suits your plans. Please remember to reach out to us during our operating hours to initiate a cancellation or rescheduling request for Single Tickets. Voicemail, text message, or email requests for cancellations will not be accepted.
