Callaway Vineyard and Winery is home to an extensive line of premium wines. Carefully crafted
by our winemaking team, Callaway wines are well balanced, with fresh fruit flavor, round body
and crisp character, making them a perfect complement to today’s lighter, more eclectic
The fruit for Callaway wines is sourced primarily from vineyards in the Temecula Valley region of
California. The Temecula Valley benefits from its proximity to the cooling influence of the Pacific
Ocean, which allows a long, even and mild growing season. Fermenting at lower than usual
temperatures causes longer and slower processing of the fruit, thus preserving and enhancing
the crisp, fruit flavor of the grapes.
