Boat Cinema presents a summer movie night literally on Castaic Lake every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You can rent an electric mini boat, though remember that at least one party member must be 18 or older to rent a boat. You can even watch the show from the beach. This first floating boat experience includes beachside music, picnics with charcuterie boxes, and you can even order pizza directly to your boat! Check-in begins at 6:30 PM, and everyone must be checked in by 7:20 PM.

Orange County Events

Pageant of the Masters

July 7th, 2023 – September 1st, 2023

This year’s theme is “Art Colony: In the Company of Artists” at the Festival of Arts in Laguna Beach, where you can experience art coming to life. This year’s event celebrates the 90th anniversary of “living pictures” at the Festival of Arts. The show includes real people dressing up and posing as classic paintings, murals, and statues. Be sure to bring blankets and jackets, as the weather tends to cool off once the sun sets and the performance begins.

Sawdust Festival

June 30th, 2023 – September 3rd, 2023

If you love art, this is the place to be! The Sawdust Festival is an outdoor arts and crafts festival where you can admire and buy directly from the artist. Enjoy live music and great company as you walk around the artistic atmosphere. This year’s celebration is the 57th annual Sawdust Art Festival, so grab your tickets in advance!
