Bel Vino is a real, traditional winery where guests can enjoy an
authentic wine country experience. This boutique winery and
its large 40 acre vineyard provide the most spectacular views
in Temecula, California wine country. Besides its rustic
authenticity, the Winery, Barrel Room and Tasting Room are
very guest friendly and educational.
You will also experience a portfolio of 30 to 40 great wines,
including gold medal winners and Southern California’s best
reds, plus a gourmet weekend Bistro featuring patio and
indoor dining. -
Callaway Vineyard and Winery is home to an extensive line of
premium wines. Carefully crafted by our winemaking team,
Callaway wines are well balanced, with fresh fruit flavor, round
body and crisp character, making them a perfect complement
to today’s lighter, more eclectic cuisine.
The fruit for Callaway wines is sourced primarily from vineyards in the Temecula Valley region of
California. The Temecula Valley benefits from its proximity to the cooling influence of the Pacific
Ocean, which allows a long, even and mild growing season. Fermenting at lower than usual
temperatures causes longer and slower processing of the fruit, thus preserving and enhancing
the crisp, fruit flavor of the grapes.
