Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring smooth operations. Please review our policies based on your booking type:

Cancellation requests must be made via phone during our operating hours.

Voicemail, text messages, and emails will not be accepted for cancellations.

One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

Single Tickets

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you may choose between:

• A gift certificate for the ticket value.
• Rescheduling for another available date.

Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Private Tours

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your tour.

Cancellations 10+ days before the tour: Full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations 7-9 days before the tour: Choose between:

• A 50% refund of the deposit OR
• A gift certificate for the full deposit value, valid for future bookings.

Cancellations within 7 days of the tour:

• No refund, but you may reschedule once for free if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Additional reschedules may incur a fee.
