Why should I choose Best Coast Tours?

We are the local guys. We have lived in the areas for our entire lives. We are intimately familiar with the sites, and can’t wait to share our favorites with you! Come enjoy all the best Southern California has to offer in our brand new air-conditioned enclosed vans. Can you pick up from hotel/location?

We have complimentary pickup service from hundreds of hotels in Southern California. See a complete list HERE. If you can’t find your hotel, call us at 949.328.4222 or email reservations@bestcoasttours.com for other options!

How long is the tour?

Normally 7-8 hours. Duration of the tour mostly depends on traffic, but our objective is to have you back in no more than 8 hours. Traffic can be heavy on some parts of the tour, so on a rare occasion, the tour might go over 8 hours.

Where do we pay and what do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our online booking service and over the phone at (949) 328-4222. Check out our calendar for availability!

What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to the tour and must be confirmed by one of our operators.

No refund for no-show – No refund if canceled the day before the tour.

No refund 2 days before the tour. However, we can offer you a gift certificate for the ticket value or reschedule you for the next available day.

We encourage customers to make cancellation requests over the phone during the operating hours. We do not take overnight email into consideration and will mark them as received at our opening hour in the morning. Cancellation request by voicemail and text message are not accepted.

What is the cutoff time for making an online reservation?

Online reservations can be made up 1 hour before the tour scheduled departure times. After that cutoff time, reservations can only be made by calling (949) 328-4222.

How far in advance must we reserve?

As soon as your plans are solid; but all customers are recommended to make a confirmed reservation at least 24-hours in advance to guarantee a seat as tours sell out quickly.

What if I purchased my tickets from a third party vendor?

Tickets purchased from a third party vendor(s) must call for reservation at least 24-hours in advance to guarantee a seat. (Maximum 5 persons allowed per party and per tour).

Do I receive a confirmation?

When you book online, you receive 2 confirmation emails: 1 from Access Hollywood Tours that confirm your booking(s) and the details of your tour(s), and 1 from our secure payment provider as a proof of your payment. You should receive these emails a few minutes after your booking. Bring your reservation number and a photo ID to the tour pick-up location.

Is it secure to enter my credit card number?

Access Hollywood Tours use the service of Fast Transact for the secure payment. Fast Transact is an expert on secure payment and use the latest encryption techniques to ensure a maximum security when you pay online.

Do you use my personal information?

As we are aware of your privacy, the information you give, including your email address, is used only for the process of your reservation and won’t be sold or used for any other purpose.

Do we have a guide?

Yes, sit back and relax our tours are given by a local informed and entertaining guide!

Do I need a booster or car seat for my child?

Yes, children under the age of 9 or 40 pounds must be secured in a car seat or booster seat. California happens to be one of the states that do NOT make an exception. Proper safety seats are required. Best Coast Tours does provide car seats or booster seats for your loved ones if needed, but we recommend customers to provide their own.

If I need to make changes or updates?

If you have already made a reservation and need to make changes or updates, please call 2 hours in advance at (949) 328-4222.
